Good Shepherd Microfinance CEO Adam Mooney says 'We must raise Newstart by $75 a week.'
'A recent survey conducted by Good Shepherd Microfinance has found a third of all Australians feel embarrassed or ashamed of their financial situation. The results indicated that in the past year 26 per cent of respondents in Victoria have been unable to pay for medical treatment and 19 per cent have gone without food.'
